TinyTown.us is a site dedicated to providing information about a low cost housing and or recreational solution in the Seattle/Everett Washington , Puget Sound areas. Possibly one of Washington States best kept secret Membership in a secure private & gated, by membership only camping & RV community 10 miles northwest of Marysville on the Tualip Indian Reservation in Washington State. The members and their families can use the sites for 180 days a year. You decide when to allot this time. Stay 2 weeks a month for an entire year, or stay a full 6 months. If a person chooses to live here year round they would need two membership sites. Members pay $70 a month for each site and can own up to three memberships. It is possible to stay in one site from November to May 1 when the Membership year starts again. Then another 180 days on the same site is allowed. Then the member has to move to another site or leave the park, but are allowed to safely store their trailer, camper, boat, and personal effects. Your membership includes a pass process that allows up to 6 hours daily use, regardless of the time used in the 180 day membership cycle. People that travel a lot, like snowbirds (People that travel to warmer climates in the winter months.) and need temporary housing find the 180 can be plenty of time for the entire because they are not in the area that much.
